SUMMARY:
Our client in the cold storage solution industry requires a Floor Supervisor to join the team.

POSITION INFO:

The Floor Supervisor has the general responsibility of co-coordinating and supervising the end-to-end warehouse activities on a day-to-day basis
Under the direction of the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Floor Supervisor is responsible for supervising the receiving, warehousing, and dispatching of products in a manner consistent with the company service and cost objectives in line with the relevant standard operating procedures
The floor supervisor is the direct operation link into the Rooms Operations Manager and works closely downstream with the Room`s system operator where appropriate
The supervisor needs to update the inbound and outbound load schedules on at the start of each week during the day to ensure accurate loading and offloading times. This will be done with the help of handheld tablets provided.
