Fluent German Speakers - Home Based

We are very excited to share with you an opportunity to work in a world class company based in Cape Town.  which has arisen at one of our clients in Cape Town. Our Client is in the Customer Service industry servicing the airline industry for the German market. 

We are looking for Fluent German speakers to join the team and start the new year at a new company and working in the comfort of your own home.the following is what is required:

• Matric or Equivalent qualification 
• Computer literacy 
• Be social media savvy 
• Only South African citizens/ Perm resident holders
• Availability to attend training in Cape Town
• Must have a valid passport and able to travel to Germany for 1 week of client specific training
• High level fluency in German & English languages
• High leave of Computer literacy
• Social media savvy on various platforms and applications
• Stable unlimited internet connection if applying for a home-based role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in providing real-time feedback to customers preferable
• Call centre or relevant customer service experience will be advantageous
• Ability to work independently with strong discipline

Remuneration:

• Basic salary of R17000 to 25000 per month
