What You’ll Do:
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client's restaurants and function venues. You’ll take ownership of daily operations, from managing the team to ensuring top-notch customer service, while also finding ways to improve efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.

• At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage management.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A solid understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
• Experience with POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting.
• Leadership skills to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
