Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Relevant Degree in Food Technology or equivalent.
• Sales experience (preferably in the FMCG industry).
• Strong discipline and time management skills.
• Ability to plan proactively and work independently.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Team-oriented with flexibility and adaptability.
• Resilient with a positive attitude.
• Strong business acumen.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers, including training and troubleshooting product-related issues.
• Assist customers in product application and problem-solving, both in person and via telephone.
• Support sales representatives in expanding market share.
• Manage urgent deliveries and collections where necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and processes, continuously striving to improve expertise.
• Set up and maintain display counters to showcase products effectively.
• Communicate regularly via weekly reports and emails.
• Identify opportunities for new product lines and contribute to business growth.
