As a Food and Beverage Service Ambassador, you will work in any of our food and beverage outlets.

Specialist competencies:

Minimum one year experience in a similar position
Previous employment within the hotel industry will be to your advantage

Must be able to work shifts and weekends
Good knowledge of food; wine and waiter skills
Basic barista skills will be to your advantage
Strong communication skills and telephone etiquette
Willing to help out where need
Friendly personality and professional appearance
Must be customer service orientated
Must be able to work under pressure
Micros experience will be required
Must live the company values
