SUMMARY:
Serene Coffee Shop set in a Beautiful Nursery is looking for a FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:

Must have 3 â 5 years of experience in an F&B role
Must beÂ able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, energetic, knows how to delegate, and have excellent time management skills
Must have experience in issuing and receiving stock
Be firm with staff, but also able to motivate the staff
Must be extremely customer-focused and outgoing
Must be observant and very hands-onÂ
Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
Must have knowledge of food plating and drinks standards
Must have excellent F&B skills and knowledge
Must have good knowledge when it comes to menu design and trendsÂ Â
Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers alike
Must have financial management experience and the ability to effectivelyÂ
