Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for the hospitality industry? Our client, a well-established restaurant in Bloemfontein with a strong reputation for excellent service and quality food, is looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Monitor and maintain stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.

Manage portioning and food quality to uphold restaurant standards.

Supervise and coordinate staff, ensuring smooth operations during service.

Work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Primarily work day shifts, but be available for evening shifts in exceptional circumstances.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.

Strong organizational and stock control skills.
Salary:
Negotiable up to R12 000 per month, depending on experience.
