SUMMARY OF DUTIES:
· Managing and Developing Sales People:
· 40% coaching Sales Executives on selling process
· 25% motivating Sales Executives to achieve results
· 25% inspection and holding Sales Executives accountable for results
· 10%recruiting for new hires
à Increase sales executives selling skills through effective use of coaching techniques.
à In daily contact with the Executives
à Majority of Food Service Manager’s time to be spent out with Executives on team sell to coach and mentor
à Maximize gross profit and sales volume through inspection and regular follow-up on sales Executives Execution of sales strategies.
à Coordinate efforts of sales group by conducting productive sales meetings.
à Complete responsibility to ensure that company policies, programs and objectives are properly executed in the assigned geographic area.
à Develop and maintain relationships with Top 25 Accounts in the assigned geographic area.
à Ensure the A/R ( Accounts receivables ) are in line with the company’s police and work toward a minimum uncovered exposure in the trade
à Plan innovative practices and systems to further the sales generation.
à Responsible and leading the team for having EXCLUSIVITY deals signed on some of the major portfolio of products.
à Monitor the STOCKS and liaise with the Principles and the Brand Management team for timely execution of promotions and POSM placements.
à Ensure the GOOD WILL of the COMPANY and BRANDS is maintained of the highest order.

à Food service sales experience
à Post Graduate in Sales Management / MBA
à Previous experience managing people
