Foreclosure Secretary

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled Foreclosure Secretary with extensive experience in the Foreclosure processes, specific to home loans and CACS system experience. This role is essential in supporting our Foreclosure Department by managing legal documentation, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met in a high-pressure environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Draft Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices, and all related banking litigation documentation.
• Independently manage approximately 20 cases daily.
• Communicate effectively with banks, debtors, Sheriff offices, and other involved parties.
• Maintain and meet strict turnaround times.

• 4-6 years of experience in Banking Foreclosure procedures.
• Proficiency in GHOST PRACTICE, SB/CLF Legal, and CACS systems.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Solid command of MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Previous experience with Ghost Practice, My Attorney, and CACS systems will be advantageous.
