POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Minimum experience in a similar role
Standard Bank foreclosures are definite requirement
Receiving new instructions and opening of files
Sending out letters of demand
Drafting of Summonses
Sending for issues and services
Drafting of Default Judgements after receiving returns of services
Obtaining date for enrolment of Default Judgements
Drafting of Motions to Rule 46 1 A 2
Must be based in Johannesburg
