POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
 
4 – 6 years previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a Standard Bank foreclosures environment.
 
Experience Required

• Drafting of Affidavits, Summonses, Section 129 notices and all other banking litigation related documentation
• Ability to work independently and manage approximately 20 matters per day
• Ability to perform well under immense pressure
• Ability to adhere to very strict turnaround times
• Ability to liaise with banks and debtors in the prescribed manner
• Ability to liaise with the Sheriff offices and other role players
• Should be able to utilize and function on the following systems, GHOST PRACTICE, SBF/CLF Legal and CACS.

• Strong communication skills
• Administratively strong
• Proficient in Office Word, Excel and Outlook
• Previous experience in working on Ghost Practice, My Attorney and CACS will be an advantage.
