POSITION INFO:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join their team and play a key role in managing their accounts payable process.

Duties:

Prepare monthly foreign and local supplier reconciliations.
Loading & processing of payments to suppliers.
Loading & processing of EFT payments on Bank & Autoline.
Preparing paperwork for Bank-LC' and BOP Forms.
Allocate all payments and send out remittances timeously.
Compile weekly cashflow reports.
Assist in Adhoc tasks when required.
Communicate with suppliers to resolve queries effectively.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years experience in a creditors clerk position.
Foreign Creditors experience is essential.
Experience with Autoline is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills.
Trustworthy and honest.
Accuracy in execution.
Attention to detail.
Self-reliant.
Self-motivated.
Must be able to work both within a team and independently.
