Foreman (Permanent)

Well established construction company is seeking to experienced Foreman to join their East London team. 

Responsibilities / Requirements: 

• 3-5 years Experience in Building or Construction environment
• Matric essential
• Drivers license
• Good staff management skills
• Knowledge on Health and Safety
• Experience with laying of foundations, bricks, plastering and finishing
• Ability to speak Xhosa is advantageous 
• Must be able to set out new buildings and take levels etc.
• Must have experience in building houses and have an eye for detail 
• Must be good at dealing with people at all levels, Staff on site ,sub-contractors, engineer ,architect and client
• Reporting to the Contracts Manager
