POSITION INFO:

A leading financial services provider is seeking a detail-oriented Forex Administrator to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth client onboarding, accurate settlements, and efficient dealing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily client interactions, including documentation, queries, and cash systems.
Oversee the onboarding of new clients and maintain up-to-date records for existing ones.
Handle settlements, perform reconciliations, and manage exchange control applications.
Deliver outstanding client service and resolve queries efficiently.
Provide accurate rate quotes and optimize profitability.

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification or certification.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an administrative environment.
Proficiency in Outlook and other related software packages.
Strong conceptual thinking, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
