SUMMARY:
Forex Admin role available.

POSITION INFO:
Our client is currently seeking a Forex Administrator to join their finance team in Menlyn with day to day on-boarding and settlements.

Duties:

Cash Management: Manage cash systems, business mandates, and agreements.
Processing: Handle balance of payment forms, settlements, and reconciliations.
Compliance: Facilitate tax clearance and exchange control applications.
Reporting: Maintain MIS and client statistics.
Service Delivery: Ensure accuracy, timely confirmations, and query resolution.
Quote rates to suppliers
Optimise profitability
Client Management: Daily client liaison, on-boarding, and record updates.
Documentation & Queries: Send documentation to banks, resolve queries, and update internal systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric minimum (required)
5 years + experience in a similar role
Microsoft Office/ Excel/ Word
Non-negotiable: Forex and financial services experience needed
Effective written and verbal communication skills
