JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description

As a Receptionist within the Building and Construction industry, your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting all visitors in a friendly, polite and professional manner, directing them to their point of contact.
  • Ensuring the reception area is kept in good order at all times.
  • Ensuring visitor procedure are followed for all visitors arriving on site and answering any questions in relation to the content outlined in the procedure.
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages for unanswered calls and distributing promptly.
  • Monitoring and responding to emails.
  • Assisting staff and visitors with office related queries.
  • Working closely with management to complete any admin tasks required.
  • Reporting any office or site issues to the correct manager.

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Excellent PC skills; MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask.
