Front Office Host / Receptionist

The main duties of the Corporate Receptionist / Front of House will be:

• Meeting and greeting visitors to the building
• Carrying out the correct signing in procedure for visitors, contractors and staff
• Manage day to day running of the reception area
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Dealing with couriers and deliveries
• Managing the maintenance of the building
• Reporting any site issues
• Answering the telephone and emails in a professional manner
• Key Management

The ideal Corporate Receptionist / Front of House will have the following knowledge skills and experience:

• Previous Reception / Front of House experience within a corporate environment not essential
• PC literate
• Possess an excellent understanding of customer service
• Maintain a professional appearance and business-like manner at all times in order to instil confidence in the services provided
