Are you immediately available to take on a Receptionist position?

Our client in Panorama is looking for a friendly person with excellent communication skills. This role involves managing front desk operations, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

If you enjoy creating a welcoming environment for visitors, your positive attitude will add value to the company.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

Min 10 years administrative and reception experience
Mac computer experience advantageous
Experience working in a busy Administration and Reception role
Excellent communication skills, English and Afrikaans
Friendly and kind communication skills
Ability to liaise easily with patients and look after their needs

DUTIES:

Answering incoming calls for the practice
Managing the Doctors diary and scheduling of meetings
Setting up appointments for patients
Attending immediately to the Doctors urgent requests & requirements
Dealing with enquiries from patients and problem-solving when needed
Assisting patients with settlement and payment of their accounts
Notifying patients when their medication has arrived
Handling petty cash
Working as part of a team with the other staff in a busy practice
Typing of correspondence
All ad-hoc duties pertaining to the administration running of the practice
General administration duties

Salary: R15,000 ctc dependent on experience
