About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented young individual to join our team . The successful candidate will handle Front of House (FOH) duties, assist with reservations, and provide administrative support for our travel business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for tourism, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to work in a unique and beautiful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
• Handle all front-of-house operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Assist with managing lodge reservations, including booking requests, confirmations, and guest communications.
• Provide administrative support for the travel business, including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest details.
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized, providing an exceptional first impression.
• Collaborate with the lodge team to ensure smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in other duties as required to support the lodge and travel business operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma in Tourism or a related field.
• Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism role is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to live on-site at the lodge.
