JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications
  • Matric
  • Boiler Certificate
Requirements
  • 1 - 4 years experience as a FUEL boiler operator
  • Competency certificate to operate a boiler
Duties
  • Operate the boiler
  • Assist with maintenance
  • Start up and shut down of boiler
  • Blow down boiler daily
  • Control water level
  • Keep boiler room and pumps clean
  • Complete log book
  • Perform checks
  • Assist with fuel orders
    • Ordering boiler chemicals
