Job Description:
Leading, identification and delivery of GRC requirements of the business
Support, lead and development and implementation of procedures, key policies, practices and processes to ensure that a proactive mechanism is in place in order to support business deliverables and priorities.
Direct and lead the planning, coordination and/or facilitation of strategic business risk reviews and key projects under the area of GRC.
Champion / Advocate the use of the ERM, Compliance, Governance, and other relevant Functional policies, frameworks, guidelines, procedures and/or tools across the company
Drive and ensure an Integrated ERM, Compliance and Governance support to enable business, support delivery on business objectives and enhance continuous improvement
Co-ordinate internal and external audits, and review outcomes of audits as they may impact the ERM, Compliance and Governance processes in business
Implement a given process to track all remedial actions
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Law (NON-NEGOTIABLE)University Degree (Commerce/Engineering/Risk Management)
10 years' relevant work experience IRMSA (Institute of Risk Management in South Africa)/ other Governance, Risk or Compliance professional body
