POSITION INFO:
Qualification 

• Matric and a tertiary qualification in the field will be beneficiary

• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent Microsoft excel skills (non-negotiable)

• Matching of Invoices to Quoted Prices
• Matching Invoices to Internal System Generated Purchase Orders
• Ensuring that Proof of Delivery has been vetted to Invoice, GRN Verification
• Resolve Queries
• Ensure Credit Notes are captured
• Updating paperwork and matching to system entries
• Prepare Creditors Recons to supplier Statements for payment approval
• Monthly Creditors System Updates (Legislation and Internal Process)
• Monthly Interwar house Transfers regarding stock movement
• Attend to any Returns from Suppliers
• General Administration and filing
• Management of Company Tools and Equipment
• Assist with Fuel slips
• Manage Off-Cut material
