GUEST EXPERIENCE LIAISON (after hours)

SUMMARY:
A World-Renowned Safari Company is looking for a 𝗚𝗨𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗟𝗜𝗔𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗡 (emergency after hours)

POSITION INFO:
Candidate Requirements: 

• Matric is essential and a further qualification in travel and tourism is a big advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of high end safari reservations experience at a senior level
• Must have a real passion for wildlife and conservation as well as a commitment to sustainability
• Must have excellent communication skills in English
• The ability to speak a foreign language is a big bonus!
• Must have a great background in guest relations, promotion and inbound tourism
• Must be well-travelled (both personal and work experience) in Southern and Eastern Africa
• Must be able to engage with a wide range of people with ease
• Must be well presented and professional with brilliant admin skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office, TourPlan etc...
• Must be highly organised, creative and consistent in their work
• Must be a natural problem solver with excellent attention to details
• Must be very well presented
• Must be confident, outgoing, positive and energetic
• Must be able to multi-task to a high level and keep cool and calm under pressure
• Must always be willing to go the extra mile!
• References will be thoroughly checked and need to be excellent
