SUMMARY:
Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

As the admin assistant you will be supporting a fast paced and busy team with all aspects of administration.

Description

The Key responsibilities of the role will include

  • Reviewing and ensuring all the correct documentation is present for each purchase
  • Allocating the correct finance company for payment
  • Reviewing VAT documentation.
  • Responding to or action statutory requests for information and fines
  • Other Ad hoc admin

Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be

  • To be professional and polite at all times.
  • To adhere to and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • To undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible within the role.
  • Able to prioritise workloads and achieve tight deadlines.
  • Be able to competently use Microsoft Word.
  • Manage high volumes of transactions within a high pressured environment.
  • Efficient with a strong work ethic
