SUMMARY:
General Admin Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently looking for admin assistant to do the all-round administrative tasks for the team such as; booking travel, chasing timesheets, invoicing, onboarding for new starters and organising meeting times.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Good attention to detail
Enthusiastic
Adapt from one task to the next easily
Worked in large companies with a busy work load.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

* Good communication skills - be able to speak to junior and senior members.

Be approachable

Organised

Able to use IT such as Microsoft word, excel / learn quickly.
