JOB DESCRIPTION:

South Africa's #1 Property Investment company is looking for a General Admin Assistant to join their trust department. Should you meet the following requirements then this opportunity is for you!

Duties and responsibilities:

Requesting information from clients
Following up with clients regarding outstanding information
Preparing various confirmation letters for clients
Follow up for Debit Orders
Booking AGM and drafting minutes
Tending to FICA documents

Requirements:

National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Administration qualification will be advantageous
0 - 1 years experience in similar role
Excellent administrative skills
Articulate and able to communicate on all levels - face to face, telephonically and in writing
Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and Google Suite)
Ability to handle multitasking and time management
Must have valid drivers licence and own vehicle
