General Accounts - Admin
Location: East Rand
Contract type: Permanent

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Valid legal status and driver's license in South Africa.
Written and verbal communication skills English.
Grade twelve (12) or equivalent qualification
Own transport
No Criminal record
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in an administrative or accounts role is preferred
Computer literacy essential; Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, etc

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, document management, and file organisation.
Manage basic accounts.
Manage companies leave
Solving IT matters/issues with IT contact person
Buying office groceries, PPE, consumables
Communicate with other team members as required
