SUMMARY:
General Foreman / Foreman required to manage large multi story building projects in Cape Town

POSITION INFO:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and direct site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain efficient project flow.
- Prepare progress reports and manage site documentation.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Building Foreman in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
