JOB DESCRIPTION:

General Foreman / Site Manager required to work on a multi level residential building project in the George area of the Garden route

Essential skills required:
  • Must be able to work with RFI schedules
  • We are looking for someone who has full understanding of the clarification of plans, drawings, specifications, and agreements.
  • This Site Manager / General Foreman position requires firm formal written process skills as you will be reporting to a Contracts Manager also on site and shall be responsible for all sub contractors work.
Experience required:
  • 10 + years experience gained with multi story residential building projects an advantage
  • 8 to 10 years experience either as General Foreman or Site Manager on multi story residential building projects
  • Proven skills of successfully liaising and maintaining sub contractor relationships
Our Client is an established Building Contractor who are currently working with a well known Developer based in Cape Town currently busy with numerous developments throughout South Africa

Preference shall be given to George based applications and Cape Town based  applications are also welcomed as most of our Clients work is in the Cape Town and Southern Cape areas
