POSITION INFO:

Job Opportunity: General Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Worker to join our team. If you take pride in keeping things in excellent condition and enjoy hands-on work, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform sanding and minor repairs on furniture.
• Carry out minor painting work.
• Handle general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Inspect common areas and outdoor spaces for malfunctions or damages and report issues to the Maintenance Manager.
• Conduct daily room inspections before guest arrivals.
• Execute maintenance repairs, including fixing broken locks, plumbing, woodwork, and paintwork.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of prior maintenance experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to tasks and schedules.
• Well-presented with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
