Our client in the beverage manufacturing/FMCG industry is looking for a highly experienced General Manager to lead their operations, drive strategic growth, and oversee day-to-day functions. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving innovation in the beverage sector.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership:
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including production, quality control, and supply chain management to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Implement operational strategies to optimize production processes and enhance product quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize productivity, reduce costs, and increase efficiency across departments.
• Strategic Development:
• Develop and execute strategic business plans to support company growth and long-term objectives.
• Identify and explore new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the brand’s footprint.
• Work closely with the executive team to set performance goals and drive the company’s vision forward.
• Financial Management:
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to maintain profitability.
• Manage financial resources effectively, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing return on investment.
• Track key financial and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
