POSITION INFO:

Join a reputable airline brand and be part of a dynamic customer service and sales team. You will assist international passengers with pre- and post-flight inquiries in German and English, handle voice calls, manage airline reservations, and potentially engage in written correspondence. Comprehensive paid training will be provided on airline products and systems, ensuring you are well-equipped to deliver top-tier service. Daily interaction with global travelers will keep your work engaging and rewarding, while the fast-paced call centre environment offers an exciting challenge as you strive to achieve key performance targets.

What You Need to Apply:

• Fluency in German (Native-level, written and spoken)
• South African Citizenship or Permanent Residency (No work permits)
• Strong computer literacy and technical skills
• No criminal record
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous customer service experience is a plus

Employment Details:

• Work Hours: 40 hours per week (8-9 hour shifts)
• Shift-Based: 24/7 operations, including weekends and holidays
• Training: 4 weeks (Fully Paid)
• Probation Period: 4 months
• Medical Insurance: Provided by the company
• Fully Remote (Work from Home)

Equipment Requirements:

• Reliable Fibre/ADSL Internet (at your own expense)
• UPS solution for power outages (Inverters available for purchase via our Cape Town branch or personal solutions accepted)
