Well Established Company based in the Midrand Area is urgently looking for a Mature Girl Friday to join their team. (3 month Contract with a view to go Perm)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Requirements

  • Must be well spoken in English and Afrikaans
  • Matric
  • Computer Literate on MS Office

Duties

  • Answering calls from the switchboard
  • General Reception duties
  • Compiling and distributing mailshots and service reminder emails
  • Ordering of stationery and consumables
  • Managing BEE documentation
  • Basic office administrative tasks
  • Assisting Accounts Dept with leave forms and salary runs
  • Doing minutes and agendas for meetings
