Capturing and processing of all stock received
Reconciling of Drop shipment statements
Assume responsibility for claims and monitor if/when claims has been received
Price adjustment when products price increase
Capturing Promotions
Stock takes
Skills required
Sound computer literacy
Excell a must
Strong email/written communications skills
Reconciliation
Sigma (Spar Software system) a must
Gateway Portal (Spar Suppliers Claims Software system) added advantage
Communication and interpersonal relations
Minimum Qualifications/Experience required
Spar Sigma experience
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role
