Grade B Controller (Electronics)

The Grade B Electronics Controller will report to the Command Centre Manager. The primary responsibility of the Grade B Electronics Controller is to ensure an efficient operation of the Control Room.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’
• Ensure that the Command Centre is fully operational and efficient
• Handle and resolve Staff and Client Complaints
• Carry out duties and tasks as per the Command Centre Job Description
• Ensure that the primary function of the Command Centre is always upheld
• Must be able to multi-task from CCTV monitoring, to answering telephone calls in the Command Centre and
• issuing access reference numbers
• Camera monitoring
• Client Liaison
• Report Writing
• Incident Report Writing
• Incident Management
• Roster Monitoring
• Report to Senior Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• Grade C PSIRA Registered
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and isiZulu
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• International Call Centre or Security Control Room experience
