Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates for various roles across different industries.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, databases, social media, etc.).
- Assist in managing candidate pipelines and developing long-term relationships with talent.
- Create detailed candidate reports and profiles for recruitment consultants.
- Collaborate with the team to understand client needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Support in organizing and coordinating interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Keep up with industry trends to maintain competitive knowledge in the recruitment market.
- Contribute to team sales goals by identifying potential new business opportunities through research.
 
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- A natural sales personality – you’re competitive, persuasive, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- An interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
