SUMMARY:
ADvTECH Resourcing is a JSE listed company that is a market leader in the niched recruitment sector.
We are running a 6-month internship program for people living with disabilities, to be trained to be niched recruiters. we would like to employ 4 graduates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be trained on the following key aspects of the job:
  • Composing adverts
  • Response handling CV’s
  • Screening candidates
  • Sourcing candidates via various platforms
  • Cold calling
  • Business development
  • Marketing candidates to clients
  • Candidate and client liaison
  • The full recruitment sales process
