SUMMARY:
As a Graphic Designer/Content Creator for this opportunity, your focus will be on crafting visually captivating graphics and engaging content to align with this iGaming Group’s company''s objectives.

POSITION INFO:

Collaborating with the CRM team, your aim will be to enhance player loyalty, optimize promotions, and gain insights into customer behaviour through thorough analysis.

This cross-functional team spans across the UK, South Africa, Guernsey, and the USA, comprising a diverse group of passionate professionals committed to providing exceptional value-driven services.

Minimum requirements:

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum of 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming Industry
• Software knowledge: Pre-Requisite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Spine 2D, HTML & CSS | Desired:   After Effects, Illustration Skills, Blender

• Must have marketing design/content experience and be happy to work in promotional space

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Must present online portfolio or proof of work portfolio
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Business-oriented with focus on marketing & CRM, analytics and communications
• Strong content writing skills
• Strong analytical, numerical & presentation skills
• Hybrid Working Schedule (required in office on “Feel Good Fridays” ) |Must have an ideal work from home space.

Key responsibilities for Graphic Design:

• Creation and editing of mailers for campaigns
• Create Custom Artwork & Graphics
• Design ads and banners (for both print and web)
• Design logos, icons, and other custom graphics
• Assisting the Business Development team in the design of new pages
• Brainstorming and mocking up design ideas
• Contribute to a team environment; receive feedback and work designs iteratively
• Ensure that content is cleaned up and presented in an elegant manner
• Work independently or collaboratively, prioritize tasks and maintain deadlines
• Ensure strong working relations with the CRM team

Key responsibilities for Content Creation:

• Work alongside the rest of the CRM team in planning and managing content on all aspects of the product through CMS tools
• Work alongside multiple stakeholders across various locations to ensure requirements are met across campaigns and player groups
• Work with the CRM team to implement the promotional strategy, ensuring campaigns are within budget ensuring a positive return on investment
• Assisting the CRM Manager in analysing and reporting on KPI’s with full campaign analysis for each promotion enabling the business to understand the effectiveness of the activity
• Regular reviews of competitor promotions and best practice
• Regular reviews and research of upcoming trends, new compliance policies and tools
