Graphic Designer – Johannesburg

SUMMARY:
Our client in the Pharmaceutical Industry based in Johannesburg currently looking to employ a Graphic Designer.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant design software.
• Strong typography, colour theory, and layout skills.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro) would be advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design projects.
• Experience in branding and packaging design.

• Develop and execute creative concepts for branding, marketing materials, websites, social media, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Create designs for brochures, pack design & 3D mock-ups, point of sale, posters, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Work on UI/UX design projects for websites and mobile applications.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other graphics as needed.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
