Group Assets & Treasury Clerk

SUMMARY:
Are you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for excellence? My client is  looking for a Group Assets and Treasury Clerk to join their dynamic finance team!

POSITION INFO:

Treasury Management
Download, print, and distribute bank statements; provide daily bank balances to relevant teams
Update receipts for specific companies (0503, 0505, 0501) and share them with the Accounts Receivable team
Prepare remittance advice and allocate intercompany and third-party payments
Load intercompany transfers for all associated companies
Process cashbooks for shared services companies
Ensure daily zero balances in bank clearing accounts for all shared service companies
Manage petty cash for company 0501
Monitor COD payments daily for all shared service companies
Load all payments and beneficiaries at the bank for shared services companies
Ensure weekly reconciliations of bank clearing accounts for all shared services companies
Asset Management
Update and maintain the asset acquisition and construction schedules for shared services companies
Assist with asset reconciliations, transfers, disposals, and data capturing
Ensure monthly reconciliation of asset acquisition and under-construction schedules
Support the maintenance of internal orders for investments
General Finance Support
Assist in preparing year-end audit files and related functions
Complete tasks as directed by management in relation to the company’s financial activities
Adhere to deadlines and deliver with accuracy and precision

Skills & Experience:
At least 4 years of experience in a similar environment
Proficiency in MS Advanced Excel, Word, and SAP
Strong ability to work under pressure, independently, and with attention to detail
Previous SAP experience is essential

Qualification:
A Diploma or Certificate in Advanced Bookkeeping.
