Our client in the automotive sector is seeking an experience Group Technology Officer

Location: Sandton

POSITION INFO:
Key requirement

Bachelor degree or equivalent is essential in Computer Science, Data Science, IS, Business Technology or related field
Retail expertise mandatory
Experience in digital transformation with CRM platforms and websites
Experience with AI integration tools like chatbots and predictive analytics
At least 5 years plus technology experience at a senior level managing multiple technologies and tools
Experience in developing and executing a robust IT strategy that align with the groups business objectives for all its brands and sales requirements

Key responsibility

Technology strategy and innovation
Technical architecture and framework management: website, CRM and digital platform development and management
CRM and data integration
AI driven sales, aftersales and customer experience
Team leadership and vendor management
Training and adoption
