Guest Relations Agent | Qatar | Luxury Hotel Group
We are looking for experienced GUEST RELATIONS AGENT to join the team of new opening hotel in Doha, Qatar. The hotel is a part of a well-known, luxury hotel brand in the world.
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be a part of the Front Office Team which is the main connection between the Guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments.
Main duties of Guest Relations Agent:
- Check the guest arrival reports in advance of VIP Guest check-in and coordinate with Housekeeping on room allocations for VIP guests
- Welcome of VIP Guests, including serving as an escort to the Executive Lounge and other VIP Guest rooms
- Manage the Guest Relations Desk in the hotel lobby
- To be the main point of contact for VIP guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on VIP Guest requirements
- Maintain current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers, as well as daily VIP and special events
Skills and experience needed:
- Hospitality qualification
- at least 2 years'' experience in similar position from 4/5 star hotels
- excellent communication and presentation
- fluent English
- Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Proven ability to listen and respond to demanding Guest needs
- Conflict resolution experience
Start: ASAP, subject to visa
