GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER – EAST LONDON

A reputable Hotel & Conference Centre in East London is seeking a Marketing & Guest Relations Officer to provide high-quality service to their hotel customers. The suitable candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Grade 12/matric + relevant hospitality tertiary qualification
• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
• Driver’s License
• Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
• Proficiency in English and Xhosa; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• A customer-oriented and professional attitude
• An outgoing personality
• Outstanding communication abilities
