Our client is seeking an enthusiastic couple to join their team as a Field Guide and Lodge Manager at their 5 star game lodge. This is a unique opportunity to combine a passion for wildlife and hospitality, ensuring our guests have memorable experiences in the great outdoors.
Regrettably no children or pets.

Field Guide:

• Lead wildlife tours and provide educational experiences for guests.
• Ensure guest safety while sharing knowledge of the local ecosystem.
• Maintain guiding equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate with lodge staff to curate enriching guest itineraries.

• Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest service.
• Manage lodge staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Minimum FGASA Level 1 guiding certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• First Aid certification is advantageous.

• Previous experience within a lodge management role at a 4/5 star game lodge
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets and guest relations.
• Ability to work flexible hours and multitask effectively.
