SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced and innovative Head/Executive Chef to lead school catering operations in Gauteng. This role involves managing high-volume catering, developing nutritious and appealing menus, and ensuring top-quality meal delivery.
The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for training and mentoring chefs.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

A relevant culinary qualification.
Proven experience as a Head or Executive Chef, preferably in a high-volume catering environment.
Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of cost control, menu planning, and inventory management.
Passion for teaching and developing other chefs.
Familiarity with health and safety standards in the food industry.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
