Candidates will be required to do the following duties:
Recruitment
Manages and execute monthly & bi-weekly payroll
Resolve payroll queries
Arrange disciplinary hearings & counselling with labour consultants
Management of attendance system
Medical aid registrations & recon
Provident fund registrations & recon
HR related sundry invoice payments
Salary related journals
GL Allocations
The following qualifications and experience is a must:
Matric (essential)
Fully computer literate (essential)
2 to 3 years relevant experience within an HR function within the motor industry advantageous
SAGE VIP premier payroll system experience
Ability to work effectively in a team
Accounting/Financial experience would be an advantage
Time management & deadline driven
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
