Signa Opportunity is recruiting unemployed youth for quality workplace experience through the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
About the YES Initiative
The initiative was launched by the President in 2018 and is a partnership with the government and labour department to collectively devise a national plan to build economic pathways for South Africa’s youth by creating workplace opportunities for South African youth over a period of 12 months.

Position: HR Admin

Stipend: R5300,00

Location: Midrand

POSITION INFO:
About the role:
To support the HR team by managing daily human resources operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping of employee
information, and facilitating communication between departments. This role is essential in maintaining the HR integrity of
the organization and in helping achieve HR-related objectives in a timely and compliant manner.
Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and organized employee records and files.
Update and manage HR databases with relevant information (e.g., new hires, employee changes, leave records).
Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.
Help with the onboarding process by preparing new employee documents and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
Support the preparation and processing of payroll information.
Assist with employee benefit enrollment and tracking.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist with internal and external audits of HR records as needed.
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to Human Resources
Help coordinate employee engagement activities and training sessions.
