POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
  
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding process.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the best talent is selected.
• Employee Relations:
  
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related issues, including conflict resolution, performance feedback, and career development.
  • Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication and proactive issue resolution.
• Performance Management:
  
  • Support the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and providing coaching to managers.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for employee training and development to enhance individual and team performance.
• Benefits & Compensation:
  
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting salary reviews and ensuring compensation practices are competitive and equitable.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to track employee trends and support decision-making.
• Training & Development:
  
  • Identify and coordinate training programs that support employee growth and the organization’s goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
• Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
