Matric
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology

Requirements

Minimum 5 years' experience in a full function Human Resources Administration role
Good knowledge of Labour Legislation
Computer literate

Duties

Recruitment and onboarding, including advertising new positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing and appointments
Generate employment contracts and job descriptions for new employees
Maintain employee personnel files for all employees and retain records of terminated employees as per legal requirements and Control of Records Procedure
Establish and maintain a medical surveillance program as per the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act in liaison with the SHE Control Officer and Occupational Health Service Provider
Arrange for periodic medicals in liaison with the SHE Control Officer
Engage with NBCRFLI and employees who falls under the NBCRFI (Drivers & Mechanics)
Act as EE Manager for the Company and ensure full compliance with requirements including plans, reporting, training, AA measures to achieve objectives
Develop annual Work Place Skills Plans & Actual Training Reports for the Company in accordance with CHIETA and TETA and submit online
Implement and maintain Human Resources Policies based on labour legislation and Company requirements
Liaise with the BEE Verification Company on an annual basis and arrange for BEE audits for INV & ICL before expiry of existing certificates
Ensure cleaning resources are available at all times. Performance manage 2 Cleaners
