HR Administrator - Durban - KwaZulu-Natal

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Premium Motor Dealership in Durban is looking for an HR Administrator to help assist their team.

Requirements:
  • Experience as an HR Administrator
  • Computer literate
  • Good understanding of labour laws
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize 
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry would be a bonus
  • SDF Accreditation (would be a bonus) 
  • VIP Premier Experience (non-negotiable)
Duties (but not limited to):
  • Assist with daily operations of the HR functions
  • Provide admin support to HR consultants
  • Compile and update employee records
  • Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
  • Review and renew company policies and legal compliance
  • Liaison with employees on any HR-related queries
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
  • Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
  • Assist with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses
